By using Useful Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Useful Tools provides online utilities and related services. Features may run in your browser, on our servers, or through third-party infrastructure depending on the requested operation.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content, files, URLs, instructions, and other information you submit.
You must have the rights or authorization necessary to use the submitted material and to request the operation performed by the service.
You are responsible for reviewing generated or converted results before relying on them.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- distribute malware, phishing content, fraud, spam, or malicious material;
- interfere with, overload, probe, attack, or circumvent the security of the service;
- abuse automated access, quotas, rate limits, or processing resources;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent the origin of content; or
- process or distribute material without the necessary rights.
Copyright and takedown requests
We respect intellectual-property rights. You must not use Useful Tools to process, publish, distribute, or link to material in a way that infringes another person's rights.
If you believe content or a link associated with our service infringes your rights, contact us and provide enough information to identify the material, explain the issue, and allow us to evaluate the request. Where appropriate, we may disable a link, remove access, restrict an account, or take other reasonable action.
Files and processing
For tools that process uploaded files, you are responsible for keeping your own original copies. Temporary uploads or generated outputs are not a backup or permanent storage service.
Processing may fail because of unsupported formats, corrupt files, resource limits, third-party outages, or other technical conditions.
Third-party services
Some functions may depend on third-party infrastructure or services. Their availability may affect our ability to provide a feature.
Links to third-party websites do not mean we endorse or control those websites.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Useful Tools is provided on an “as available” basis.
You remain responsible for verifying important outputs and maintaining copies of important files or information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or protect the service.
Paid services
Paid plans, subscriptions, credits, refunds, and cancellations are additionally governed by the Billing & Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version and last-updated date will be published here.
